EventManagement of a tailor-made event, from conception to execution
In October 2024, ODW supported Horwin in organizing an event for its European distributors and partners, aimed at showcasing the brand’s new electric scooters, including the SENMENTI 0.
The event, held over one day at the Linas-Montlhéry Autodrome, allowed participants to experience the products in real conditions through a dedicated scooter test zone.
The ODW team managed the entire event organization, from logistics to scenography, including the setup of various activities: catering, cocktail bar, photo booth, t-shirt customization workshop,… all designed to ensure an immersive experience.
Art direction for a fully immersive Horwin experience
The event’s art direction was entirely crafted by ODW to reflect both Horwin’s innovative universe and the dynamic image of the SENMENTI 0 scooter. Every decorative element was custom-designed to immerse guests in the brand’s world and the SENMENTI 0 experience.
The ODW team ensured that all visual aspects, from venue layout to signage, were consistently branded, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere.
