ODW supports the Krys brand in rolling out its local social media strategy. The agency launched a dedicated approach for the brand’s local social media presence, starting with Facebook in 2019 and expanding to Instagram in 2020.
The primary objective of this strategy is to create consistency across the network and to bring Krys stores’ social media to life, fostering a sense of closeness between customers and their opticians.
