    ODW was tasked with enhancing brand awareness, brand preference, and customer relations by developing Atlantic’s presence on social media for both B2C and B2B audiences.

    Since Atlantic targets both individual consumers and professionals, ODW first conducted a study to analyze the expectations, needs, and objectives of the brand’s different audiences. Based on this research, the agency then designed and implemented tailored communication strategies, with distinct approaches adapted to each platform and audience.

    Strengthen brand engagement and storytelling

    ODW, entrusted with coordinating the various teams and departments at Atlantic, relies on the brand’s five key pillars to develop its messaging and drive engagement around Atlantic: Made in France, professional expertise, innovation, products installed by certified Atlantic professionals, tailored services, and more environmentally friendly solutions.

    To strengthen and grow Atlantic’s B2B presence and messaging, ODW created the Atlantic France LinkedIn account to engage with industry professionals. A private Facebook group was also launched to specifically target installers, who are more active on that platform.

    On the B2C side, the agency chose to reactivate the brand’s Pinterest account to boost brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and, above all, add an inspirational dimension to the brand. Given that decoration and design are highly popular topics on Pinterest, it was essential for Atlantic to stand out from competitors and strengthen its presence on this platform by capitalizing on this trend.
