Community Management

It is at the end of a competition that we started our collaboration with Synabio (Syndicat des entreprises Bio). Present on Facebook with the page Mon Quotidien Bio and in the form of a group of about twenty brands (Les 2 Vaches, Bjorg, Vrai, Jardin Bio...), the Synabio wanted to redesign its communication strategy.

Objectives

  • Promote organic farming in France: educate and inform Internet users about the issue of organic farming
  • Give more visibility to the brands that are members of the collective
  • Develop interactions and engagement of Internet users with the content of the Facebook page and Instagram account

Devices deployed

  • Creation of a visual identity and a graphic charter adapted to social networks
  • Redesign of the content creation and distribution strategy
  • Advice to the various members of the collective

Results

Comparing the data from the first few months with those from last year, we can see that the systems deployed were a success:

  • Community : + 500% since the page was resumed
  • Range : + 300% in YTD in May 2015
