ODW supports TCL Europe's Hub for the entire Social Media part on its main European markets: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom. A real coordination has been set up between the various departments and agencies (PR, After-Sales Service, Marketing Department, Sales Department) at European, World and Local Headquarters level.

ODW provides TCL with as much key information as possible and supports the customer in the implementation of corrective solutions:

• feedback of strong and weak signals for corporate and PR communication;
• reporting of software and hardware bugs;
• product reviews;
• improved after-sales service and application processing time.

For the release of the film Justice League, TCL has formed a partnership with Warner. In parallel with the European poster campaign, ODW managed the digital version of the operation, organising a competition game via an application developed by the agency to make it accessible throughout Europe.

Neymar Jr. has been the TCL brand's Global Ambassador since April 2018. In this context, many operations were carried out: press conferences, TV advertising campaigns, posters, competitions, etc. ODW is coordinating the success of these digital projects for Europe.
