Filming: showcasing new real estate programs
To enhance the visibility of new residential developments, we aimed to produce dedicated video shoots.
One of these projects focused on showcasing the upcoming Le Village des Rosiers residence in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93). We filmed a fully furnished show apartment in partnership with Bandits Production.
Additionally, ODW developed a second video format to highlight existing residences. This format, featuring BNP Paribas Real Estate sales representatives, aims to raise awareness among target audiences about the benefits of investing in new properties while showcasing the strengths of BNP Paribas Real Estate developments. Several videos of this type have been produced, including one featuring the Magnétic student residence in Choisy-le-Roi.
